Mediation Process

Intake

This is where we have a chat about which legal mediation is suitable for you. It is also a time that you can have confidential discussions about concerns you may have.

Coming Together

Once we've agreed that legal mediation is suitable for you, we will agree on meeting with both parties, to enter into the mediation process.

The Day of Mediation

We will meet for the mediation through your chosen avenue of communication (zoom or meeting in person and the given venue). Here JLM will take you through your mediation of the day.

Agreement

JLM will take the time to write up your mediation agreement at the end of the session. You will be able to discuss this further with your lawyer, to finalise your agreement.

Confidentiality

At all times your mediation is confidential between the parties involved. JLM's approach is unbiased and neutral, so that both parties feel they have been heard.
